We deploy, integrate and operate Nextcloud Hub for your organisation: Files, Talk, Groupware and Office on our Talos Kubernetes platform, or on infrastructure you already trust. Concierge means one accountable team from the first workshop through daily operation, without a hand-off between vendor, hoster and integrator.

## Deployment and integration

User provisioning against your directory through LDAP or Keycloak single sign-on, storage sizing and external mounts, and migration from file shares and SaaS drives with a staged cutover and verified data integrity. Apps and integrations are selected deliberately: we enable what your teams use and leave out what adds maintenance without value.

## Security and sovereignty

Your data stays on infrastructure at the agreed hosting location under your control. We apply a hardening baseline, TLS everywhere, server-side encryption where it fits the threat model, Wazuh security monitoring and the same authorised-testing discipline we apply to customer platforms. Access policies, sharing rules and retention are agreed explicitly, not left at defaults.

## Operated to a standard

Updates are tested on a copy of your instance before rollout. Backups run on a schedule with documented restore tests. Monitoring, alerting and capacity planning come with named responsibility, and service scope and response times are agreed per customer. A high standard means measurable operation, not a promise on a slide.
