Application integrations and workflow automation
Connect commerce, communication and business tools without losing control of the data flow. We define the workflow, implement the integration and verify how it behaves when something fails.
Start with a process, not a plugin
We identify the system of record, required data, consent boundaries and ownership of each step. This avoids automating an unclear process or duplicating customer records across tools.
What we can connect
Our in-house MedusaJS catalogue covers specific integration surfaces. Availability and production suitability are agreed for the individual project.
- WooCommerce imports and commerce migration.
- Postal transactional email, Swiss Post fulfilment and bexio accounting.
- Saferpay payments and application-specific age verification.
- Matomo analytics, Mautic marketing and website enquiries.
- Open edX learning access and platform account linking.
Delivery with failure handling
We agree API access, field mapping and reconciliation before implementation. Depending on the workflow, staging checks cover retries, duplicate prevention, rejected data and the steps an operator needs to recover. The acceptance criteria state what was actually tested.
Explore the engineering catalogue
Each MedusaJS plugin page explains functions, workflow and prerequisites. Our Werbeartikeldruck project and ongoing Woloyem project provide context without implying that every module is already available for every customer.
Operate the integration after handover
We agree responsibility for credentials, API changes, monitoring and incident handling. Managed care can include maintaining the integration alongside the applications it connects.
Frequently asked questions
Are these integrations ready-made products?
The catalogue documents our engineering work. We check platform versions, provider access and project requirements before agreeing delivery and production acceptance.
