B2B migration
WordPress and WooCommerce moved to a MedusaJS deployment.
A customer migration from WordPress and WooCommerce to a B2B MedusaJS deployment, with in-house integration modules.
July 2026 - ongoingMedusaJS implementation window estimated from repository and staging history. Further development continues.
For werbeartikeldruck.ch, our work connects a B2B commerce experience with the requirements of an established catalogue. The migration moved the application from its WordPress and WooCommerce foundation to MedusaJS. Our involvement continues beyond the initial migration.
Our custom WooCommerce import integration supports the migration path, while our Postal notification integration connects application messages to the mail service. These are part of our wider MedusaJS plugin work rather than isolated code that exists only in a single storefront.
The B2B catalogue uses a quotation-led approach. Product information, categories and the relationship between catalogue and quotation workflow need to remain coherent through the transition. Development and subsequent improvements are assessed against the operating business process.
A migration is a point in an ongoing application lifecycle. Our work includes maintaining the custom integration and the commerce experience as requirements evolve. The public case study describes the delivered direction without exposing customer administration or internal operational details.
